Returns & Cancellations


 
At Playwish, customer satisfaction is of paramount importance. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled anytime after the order is placed but before the product is shipped. For cancelling the order, please call our customer care number or write us on care@playwish.com mentioning your Order ID.

If you wish to cancel your order after the product is shipped, then it will be covered under 'Returns'.  Please read our Returns section below.

Returns

Playwish has a 14 day return policy from the day the product is delivered. If you find any manufacturing defect or damage in the product then you can simply return the product to us within 14 days of receiving the product. On Successful processing of returned products, we will either refund the amount or replace the product.

The returned product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original box packaging with a copy of invoice. Playwish reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used. Please use the packaging material that came in the original shipment like bubble wrap and corrugated sheets so that the product is not damaged during return transit.

You may also receive a call from our customer care team to help you assist with the return.

Once a return request is authorized from our end, refund will be processed within 2-5 business days of receipt of the returned product, provided goods are received in an acceptable condition.
 

In case you received a damaged product

Playwish takes extra care to provide a class leading product packaging. However, in the unlikely instance of receiving a damaged product which may have happened during transit, we request you to submit your return request or call our customer care with-in 48 hours / 2 days of receipt of the product. Transit damage claim beyond 48 hours of delivery would not be accepted. For damaged shipments, playwish would either ship back a new product or refund the entire amount, including shipping charges, if any.
 

In case you received an incorrect product

Playwish employs industry leading processes to ensure the order is processed correctly and before-time. However, in the unlikely instance of receiving an incorrect product, we request you to submit your return request or call our customer care with-in 48 hours / 2 days of receipt of the product. For incorrect shipments, playwish would either ship back the correct product or refund the entire amount, including shipping charges, if any.
 

How does return work
  1. For returning your product, please write to care@playwish.com using your registered email id or call us on our customer care number. Please mention the following in your email:
    1. Order ID and Order date
    2. Product Name
    3. Delivery date
    4. Reason for Return
  2. Our customer care team would process the return with-in 24-48 hours. Once the return request is approved, our logistic partners will collect the package from your doorstep. You may also receive a call from our customer care team to assist you in returns.


Self Shipping Return

Playwish strives to cover maximum pincodes for returns. However, there may be instances where playwish may request you to do self-shipping. In such instances please return back the product using any courier service of your choice. Submit the return courier details by sending us the details and a copy of your return courier invoice. Playwish would refund the entire order amount including the amount you incurred for self-shipping(please see below for reimbursement limits of self-shipping) . The address to courier the product is mentioned at the end of this section.


Refund Process

The refund process is initiated after we have received the product back in our warehouse and all quality checks are successful. The mode of refund would be bank transfers, the Bank details will be taken during refund process. Please ensure that details entered by you are correct. Playwish does not validate a Bank Account number and is not responsible for funds transferred to an unintended recipient. Please note that shipping charges and Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable.
 
In case of self return, we will reimburse the return shipping charges upto 15% of the product price or Rs.150, whichever is lower.
